LONDON – A mirror jewelry box has reopened in Canada, after it was destroyed in a fire at a Canadian grocery store earlier this month.
The Mirror Box store in Winnipeg, Manitoba, was destroyed by flames in November.
A local fire department said on Tuesday that the Mirror Box is “safe and sound.”
More from GlobalPost: “The Mirror Box has been a favorite store in the neighbourhood for years and has a good reputation for quality mirror accessories,” the store’s owner, Jodie B. Fagan, told CBC News.
“The Mirror Glasses are our top selling item, with a great selection of quality pieces.”
The store is owned by a small business called the Mirror Glass Co. The Mirrorbox store is a small, four-storey store that sells mirrors and other accessories made of glass.
It’s located in Winnipeg’s Lowertown neighbourhood.
The store was closed for more than a week due to the fire.
The business reopened on Monday.
